Stillness in Motion is a somatic-based experience that blends guided meditation, movement, breathwork, and space for connection.

This is not just about talking through what you’ve been carrying
and it’s not just about moving through it on your own.

It’s a space where your body is included in the process
and where you can be witnessed in what you’re holding.

Many of us have insight into our patterns
but still feel stuck in them.

That is because not everything lives in the mind.

Some experiences are held in the body
in the nervous system,
in places words alone cannot reach.

Research shows that healing happens through a combination of awareness, working with the body, and being supported in connection with others.

In this space, we bring all three together

so you are not just understanding your experience.
You are moving it
and you are not holding it alone.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each experience includes:

• Guided meditation to settle and connect inward
• Somatic movement to release and process
• Breathwork to support regulation
• Music-driven, immersive sequences
• Space for reflection and optional sharing

There is no pressure to speak

but if something wants to be expressed, there is space for that too.

You are always in control of your own pace.
You can come exactly as you are.

This space is for anyone who:

• Feels overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying more than they can process
• Has done talk therapy and wants something more embodied
• Longs for a space to feel seen and not alone in what they’re holding
• Is looking for a grounded, supportive, and intentional experience

No prior experience with movement or meditation is needed.
