No experience is needed. You go at your own pace.

 

 

Groups:

 

Small group experiences held over multiple sessions. These spaces allow for deeper work over time.

 

• Build connection and trust

• Explore patterns more fully

• Experience ongoing support and witnessing

 

Groups are smaller and more intentional

We offer themed and collaborative experiences throughout the year

 

These may include:

 

• Couples or partner workshops

• Nervous system or regulation focused experiences

• Community gatherings

No expectation to do anything a certain way. You are always in control of your pace. You are welcome exactly as you are.
