OVERVIEW
Stillness in Motion offers a range of experiences, from single-session workshops to deeper group containers.
Each offering blends somatic movement, meditation, breathwork, and connection.
Whether you join us once or over time, the intention is the same.
To create space for your body to be included,
for your nervous system to be supported,
and for you to not have to do it alone.
WORKSHOPS
Our workshops are one-time experiences designed to help you reconnect with your body and process what you have been holding.
Each workshop is guided, immersive, and accessible to all levels.
You may experience:
• Guided meditation
• Somatic, intuitive movement
• Breathwork
• Music-driven sequences
• Reflection and optional sharing
No experience is needed.
You are always encouraged to go at your own pace.
GROUPS (DEEPER WORK)
Small Groups and Series
For those wanting to go deeper, we offer small group experiences held over multiple sessions.
These groups allow for more continuity, safety, and integration over time.
With a consistent group, there is an opportunity to:
• Build trust and connection
• Explore patterns more deeply
• Experience being witnessed in an ongoing way
• Support lasting shifts in the nervous system
These spaces are intentionally smaller and more intimate.
SPECIAL EVENTS
We also offer themed and collaborative experiences throughout the year.
These may include:
• Couples or partner workshops
• Themed experiences such as radical acceptance or nervous system regulation
• Community gatherings
• Pop-up events and collaborations
Each event is designed to be intentional, grounded, and accessible.
